Over the past decade, I've worked at multiple levels of the game, from grassroots minor hockey to junior hockey, serving in roles that include video coach, scouting coordinator, player development lead, and recruitment. My experience has allowed me to work alongside coaches and organizations by breaking down team systems, evaluating player performance, identifying tendencies, and providing video that translates directly into on-ice improvement.
